Overview
Tenacity Holdings is proud to present our latest development(s) in luxury retirement rental living communities with a strong focus on integrating healthy and enriching lifestyle concepts into community creation.
These retirement communities will respond to the desire of active adults for healthy living facilities, integrating fitness and wellness into a maintenance free environment without the need for the large capital outlay required for the purchase of comparable single-family dwellings.
Healthy living services such as fitness evaluations, fitness instructors, wellness consultants, nutritionists, speakers and classes will be available as part of the all-inclusive fee package.
Assisted Living (AL)
If a senior is still active and vital but can no longer live entirely independently and needs assistance with everyday activities such as bathing, eating and dressing, one of the options available is Assisted Living. Assisted Living is a long-term option that combines housing, support services and health care, as needed. Personal care services in Assisted Living often also include transportation and medication management and care is available around the clock.
Memory Care (MC)
Memory Care is a distinct form of long-term skilled nursing that specifically caters to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and other types of memory problems. Also called Special Care Units (SCUs), Memory Care Units usually provide 24-hour supervised care within a separate wing or floor of a residential facility.
Independent Living (IL)
Independent Living is ideal for individuals who can still live independently by enjoy having access to assistance when needed. Independent Living communities provide their residents with convenient access to dining, medical care, entertainment and more. The Independent living lifestyle offers residents a safe living environment but with minimal assistance.
An Independent Living community may be a good option if you:
- want a place to live that requires little or no home maintenance and yard work.
- want to socialize with your peers and broaden your social network.
- want to enjoy activities and meals in the company of others.
- Only need minor assistance with activities of daily living.
